Conceptual Watercolor Wins Architecture in Perspective Award

This conceptual watercolor, done by Hennebery Eddy’s Dawn Carlton, recently garnered a Juror’s Award at Architecture in Perspective 27. This international competition of digital and traditional architectural illustration is held annually by the American Institute of Architectural Illustrators. The image depicts an interior view of the engine house of the Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation’s new facility in the OMSI District of Southeast Portland. Designed by Hennebery Eddy Architects, the project is currently under construction and is anticipated to open later in 2012.
