PORTLAND, Ore. (March 28, 2016) – Award-winning architecture and design firm Hennebery Eddy Architects, Inc., is enjoying an infusion of talent, thanks to the firm’s expanded staff roster. Mirroring its steady portfolio growth, the firm has hired nine staff members across disciplines, bringing its personnel count to 46.
Jeshua De Jongh connects his innate curiosity and his commitment to responsible stewardship by offering advanced technical software skills to the design process. His work at Hennebery Eddy includes urban design and master planning for an 11-acre site in Yakima, Wash., and commercial development and corporate projects in Portland. Jeshua is a LEED Green associate and a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design Master of Architecture program.
Stephanie Pak is a LEED Green associate and graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. She is applying her design and graphic skills to projects for Clackamas Community College and the Yellowstone Park Foundation.
Aly Pierce brings more than 13 years of commercial interior design and project management experience to her role as interior designer for Hennebery Eddy’s community space and corporate workspace clients. Aly is a National Council of Interior Design Qualification certified designer, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Portland.
Jacob Simonson, LEED Green associate, joined Hennebery Eddy after receiving his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon. His prior summer internship with the firm primed him for immediate contribution to design teams serving Alaska Air Group and the Port of Portland in design development, documentation and space planning roles.
Kevin Wade, LEED Green associate, joined the firm after practicing for several years in North Carolina. His prior experience shaped his attention to detail during the design process, resulting in efficiencies during construction. Kevin uses this expertise in his work on the Port of Portland airport terminal expansion project. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from North Carolina State University.
Hannah Brown brings extensive research, writing and editing expertise to her role as marketing assistant, working on new business development. Her critical analysis and appreciation for language help the firm’s designers present their ideas and work in new and creative ways. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Willamette University.
Michole Branch, administrative assistant, joins Hennebery Eddy after several years in the Portland hospitality industry. She provides administrative support and coordinates office presentations. Micky has a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Arizona State University.
Andrea Trulove enjoys shaping stories with a fresh angle, a practice honed during her decade of public relations and marketing agency experience. She joins Hennebery Eddy as the firm’s public relations manager. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Olaf College.
Alison Yildirok serves as project team assistant, using her writing, editing and research skills to support teams working for the Port of Portland, University of Oregon, and Portland Community College.
