First Presbyterian Church Urban Garden & Parking Structure

Our collaboration with design-build partner Hoffman Construction on this three-level, below-grade, 170-stall parking structure and new urban garden met both the challenging city design guidelines and future above-grade expansion needs of the First Presbyterian Church. The new garden provides outdoor contemplative space for the church, while the sidewalk extends into the site, offering public benches and historical information to engage the community. The large green roof absorbs stormwater from the site, and the white reflective surfaces on the interior reduce lighting consumption.
