Shaping Central Oregon
City of Bend at Juniper Ridge
Hennebery Eddy is partnered with Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company and the City of Bend to design and build the Juniper Ridge Public Works Campus that will bring together five city departments on a resilient, sustainable site. The 30-acre headquarters on the north side of Bend is targeting LEED certification, net-zero energy-ready design, and mass timber construction. (Conceptual rendering)
Redmond Airport Terminal Expansion
To meet the exploding demand for travel out of Central Oregon’s primary airport, a massive $200M expansion is planned. Hennebery Eddy is teamed with RS&H and Morrison-Maierle to grow RDM in a way that meets current needs and future growth, reflects and responds to Central Oregon’s unique landscape, and conserves resources.
