Erica is a project architect and manager who leads the firm’s net-positive design efforts as well as commercial and laboratory projects. She is committed to a holistic, integrated design approach based on values of sustainability, passive design, equity, and occupant health and wellness. Her thorough attention to detail allows her to navigate complex regulatory and code issues to deliver successful urban design projects. Erica brings prior experience as an energy efficiency consultant and is vice chair of the City of Portland Planning & Sustainability Commission. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from Lewis & Clark College and a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon.
