Justin is a senior aviation project manager who has lead the planning, directing, and realizing of aviation projects on both owner and consultant teams throughout the U.S. He served five years as the Sustainability and Resilience Program Director in Hillsborough County, Florida, effectively managing more than $20M in capital improvement and sustainability projects for Tampa International Airport and three general aviation airports. Justin is involved in multiple industry organizations, including being an at-large associate of the environmental affairs committee leadership team through the Airports Council International (North America). He holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florida.
