Katie manages the firm’s hiring and onboarding processes, employee development, and benefits administration. She believes that each employee brings individual experiences and strengths to their role and recognizes the powerful connection between satisfied employees and satisfied clients. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wake Forest University and is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional.
