Kim brings more than 25 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, and operations leadership, with knowledge in technical accounting, SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning and analysis. She previously held positions of CFO, corporate controller, and vice president of finance with publicly traded companies such as Eastside Distilling, Mentor Graphics, and National Retail Properties; a public agency in Oregon, the Oregon Liquor Control Commission; and a privately held investment banking firm, Pacific Crest Securities. Working closely with firm leadership, Kim manages and implements the firm’s strategic and day-to-day business and financial operations. She is a certified public accountant in the State of Oregon and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Florida Southern College and a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Saint Leo University.
