Randall is a senior project designer with nearly 30 years of broad experience in project management, land use planning and approvals, zoning and building code research, and 3-D design software. He is also a certified construction document technologist, through the Construction Specifications Institute, who helps maintain the rigorous quality of the firm’s project specifications through in-house research and writing. Randall supports public agency projects with thoughtful, analytical, and responsive designs. He holds technical associates degrees in architecture from Anthem College and digital drafting from Chemeketa Community College.
