Vice President

“Before I draw anything, I want to know everything. History, function, users, weather — somewhere in all of that is a big idea waiting to be discovered.”

Will leads highly sustainable projects — from academic and community developments to large-scale urban design and planning — managing large consultant teams and diverse stakeholder groups. As a leader in sustainable design, his work includes designing several proposed campuses of living buildings, presenting on net-positive design at national conferences, and teaching graduate-level sustainable design studios at the University of Oregon. His design approach is supported by previous experience in construction management and business operations. Will is a member of the Society for University and College Planning, the Association of Nature Center Administrators, the Design Build Institute of America, and the International Living Future Institute. He has a Bachelor of Design degree from Clemson University and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon.
