Oregon State University Oxford House Design-Build Renovation

Hennebery Eddy partnered with Fortis Construction on the design-build renovation of the Victorian-style Oxford House to provide a new administrative home for OSU’s Housing and Dining Services. Our nimble team and coordinated approach allowed us to address the unforeseen conditions of an historic building and design for the unique needs of individual departments while keeping the spaces flexible for future uses. Although the project site was constrained because of a separate, adjacent renovation project, open communication helped our team to avoid complications and deliver the project on time. The Oxford House was one of four total residential buildings in a larger renovation effort undertaken by Hennebery Eddy to re-purpose the facilities as a Student Community Center.
