Willamette University Campus Master Plan

Our update to the campus master plan provided Willamette University a tool to guide current facility upgrades and a comprehensive “road map” for future campus development. In collaboration with their master planning committee, our process involved updating existing plans, conducting programming interviews, strategically planning for each department, understanding the campus funding model, and developing a framework plan and five-year implementation plan. With residential commons planning a key focus, we studied the programming, siting, and sequencing of new and renovation projects to minimize their impact on housing.
